1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and dd9999 (hereinafter referred to as "dd9999", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the dd9999 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the dd9999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any promotion on dd9999.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of dd9999 Services — including deposits, wagering, and bonus claims — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Platform Fees: dd9999 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Standard charges imposed by your payment provider are outside dd9999's control and may apply.

6 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

All players are expected to use the dd9999 Platform in good faith and in a manner that does not harm other players, dd9999's operations, or the integrity of the games and sportsbook. By accepting these Terms, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their express knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent identity or payment information at registration or at any point during account operation.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, RNG systems, or game mechanics.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that places wagers without direct human input.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.

• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful means.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

dd9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe as requested by dd9999.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Confirmed multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Reasonable belief that continued account activity poses a risk to the player's financial wellbeing, as part of dd9999's responsible gaming obligations.
• Instruction from a relevant authority or court order requiring account closure or fund freezing.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dd9999 support at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any remaining balance (subject to verification) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by dd9999 or the player — all unused bonus balances, free spins, and loyalty points will be forfeited with immediate effect. dd9999 retains the right to keep records of closed accounts for a period of up to 7 years for compliance, legal, and anti-fraud purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
